Sign up for the 2025-2026 Math classes here!
Beginning Math: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM every alternate Thursday through Zoom for 4th – 6th graders.
Advanced Math: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM every alternate Thursday through Zoom for 7th – 8th graders.
Beginning Math – Grades 5, 6
Description: In this course, students will learn how to develop their problem-solving skills and will learn about the foundational concepts of number theory, geometry, combinatorics, and algebra. Simulations will also be used to expose students to real-world scenarios. No prior knowledge is required: all students need for this class is enthusiasm!
Cost: We will be requesting (non-mandatory!) a 60 dollar donation (one-time payment) for the complete course from September to May that will go towards underserved schools and programs including Eden Housing in Dublin.
Advanced Math – Grades 7, and 8
Description: In this course, students will learn how to further develop their problem-solving skills. By the end of this course, students will be able to apply this knowledge to a variety of logic problems and puzzles. Simulations will be used to expose students to real-world scenarios. Additionally, students will learn foundations and study some advanced topics in number theory, algebra, geometry, and combinatorics to prepare them for competitions. No prior knowledge is required: all students need for this class is enthusiasm!
