Fundraising Subcommittee: The fundraising subcommittee shall be headed by the Treasurer. The purpose of this subcommittee is to collect and manage donations from students, design and run charitable events and drives, identify organizations, schools, and districts to whom funds will be donated, and maintain the bank balance.
Marketing Subcommittee: The marketing subcommittee shall be headed by the Secretary. The purpose of this subcommittee is to advertise Dougherty Math Circle, expand the student population of the association, and increase the number of non-board members. This subcommittee will also be responsible for maintaining the association’s website.
Curriculum Subcommittee: The curriculum subcommittee will be headed by the President. The purpose of this subcommittee is to design curriculum, instructional lectures, and practice worksheets for each of the programs decided by the instructional committee and to communicate with the marketing subcommittee, who will publish all material on the website.
